Forget the Super Bowl party, it's time to plan a wedding.  Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are making some major post-season plans after getting engaged in Los Angeles over the weekend, PEOPLE has learned.

The New England Patriots quarterback, 31, proposed with a diamond solitaire to the Brazilian supermodel, 28, on Friday.  "He asked and she accepted," a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE. Family and friends were informed over the weekend. An official announcement, as well as preliminary wedding details, are being planned by Bündchen and her closest friends this week.

It wasn’t all yoga, eating right, walking her dogs on the beach and being in love with younger musician John Mayer, according to Us Weekly.

Jennifer Aniston confessed the real reason why she looked so hot on the GQ cover on “The View” this week.

"What happened to the girl next door from "Friends?" Barbara Walters asked, holding up the January issue, in which Aniston appears seated, smiling, with her legs crossed, with nuttin' but a tie around her neck.

"She's there! Photoshopped!" Aniston, 39, replied.

Wonder what they fixed? Her thighs? Her hands? Her nose? Her feet? Her cleavage? Her waist? All of the above?

"There was a story behind this," 'splained the star of “Marley & Me” (sorry, gotta get that movie plug in there). "This had a whole concept. It was going to be in various stages of undress. There was going to be me in a gown and men in tuxedos. And then it would be me wearing the man's shirt. And he would have no shirt on. And then they were supposed to get naked! Somehow, I don't know what happened!"

Joy Behar wanted to know if she had been tricked, like oh, maybe, Miley Cyrus.

"They got me bombed!"  Aniston said, laughing.

Never able to stay mad at each other for too long,  Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend  Samantha Ronson were spotted out for a last-minute shopping trip in Los Angeles on Wednesday (December 24).

Browsing the racks at the Diesel store for Christmas Eve deals, it appears as if the “Georgia Rule” starlet and her British DJ lover have made up just in time to celebrate the holidays together - as the duo reportedly had an “epic” fight that ended up seeing Miss Ronson taken to the hospital for exhaustion this past Sunday.

According to a report from TMZ, “They (Lindsay and Sam) were going at it for a long time, but it reached a crescendo at around 4:00 AM after one of them screamed at the other, ‘You never say you love me.’”

Their inside source adds, “The screaming continued and neighbors heard a glass break. Sam then screamed, ‘If you’re gonna break things get out of my house.’ One neighbor described the conversation as ‘wailing, with lots of obscenities.’”
